Matters have included applications for leave and judicial review arising from the seizure of commercial vehicles, seizure of valuables and goods by Canada Border Services Agency and customs authorities, as well as other high-value commercial disputes engaging federal jurisdiction — advancing arguments grounded in administrative law principles including procedural fairness, reasonableness review, proportionality, and the proper exercise of statutory discretion.
